Labattut provides a peaceful and harmonious base for those wishing to discover the riches of the area or indeed those seeking to unwind by the pool with a good book and glass of wine, as this is of course one of the finest wine producing regions in the world! 

What ever your interests, be they visiting great Chateaux, pre-historic cave paintings, water theme parks etc… all are within easy reach of our peaceful property. However, you may not be able to tear yourselves away from an afternoon relaxing by the pool!

Our two bedroom gite, thoughtfully laid out is set within the grounds of 10 hectares (24 acres) which is set to the side of a stunning hamlet of just 5 traditional Perigordine properties. 

A sense of space, privacy and tranquillity abounds here however, for those guests wishing to get together for a meal or a drink they will find plenty of communal space. Access to the property is either via the elegant fruit tree lined driveway or alternatively the gite benefits from its own private access to the rear of the property passing the outer limits of the hamlet.

There are a number of supermarkets within close reach, the closest being at Beaumont just 8 minutes drive away.

The gite is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. A mixture of typical French styling and modern appliances provides a real home from home feel. Furnished with a full sized cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave together with all kitchenware needed to create a wonderful meal using delicious purchases from the local markets! Alternatively, the gite has its own private terrace with barbecue for those wishing to eat al fresco.

The gite has a radio/CD player, together with a TV and DVD plus outside activities such as table tennis, piton etc.

To ensure that you sleep comfortably and peacefully all the beds are dressed with Egyptian cotton linen. In addition, towels and pool towels are provided for use during your stay. Freshly laundered replacements are supplied weekly at no additional charge.
